AFM 10/94+11/94 : Et Cessna NA-37B angrebsfly [70-1310] fra Test Pilot School styrtede ned nær Edwards AFB, Californien 16/8/1994. De to besætningsmedlemmer, inkl. en officer fra det svenske luftvåben, skød sig ud med katapultsæde. Var ikke i stand til at komme ud af et spin. USAF har herefter kun 3 A-37 tilbage i tjeneste.
